HOW TO ORDER?

Click on the model you want to order. In the "FABRIC" tab, choose your colour (the check mark will change its colour to red). Click on the "shopping cart" (the cart icon will change to X). Your product is already in your cart! Now you can continue browsing the site and add more products to the cart.

Once all your favourite models are in your cart, click on "MY ORDERS". A form will open. You will find in it the products ordered, their colours and prices. By clicking on the "X", you can remove a product from your order.

Fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk. Select the payment method and way of delivery.
Give me your exact measurements. You will find information on how to take your measurements HERE.
Finally, read and accept the RULES. SEND me your order.

PLEASE NOTE that a form without personal information, such as your phone number, e-mail address, measurements, or not indicating the acceptance of the Rules, will not be sent.

FULFILMENT OF YOUR ORDER: 4 x e-mail

E-mail 1 will be sent to you within 24 hours after submitting the form. It will confirm that I have received your order.

E-mail 2 will be sent to you within 48 hours at the latest, it will be a summary of your order. It will state the total cost (including transport), the data necessary for the bank or PayPal transfer, and additional questions regarding your order. After this email, I will be waiting for your reply and payment. I proceed to fulfil the order after receiving 100% of the payment.

E-mail 3 is a confirmation that I have received your payment. I will also inform you about the approximate time of fulfilment of your order. This is usually no longer than 2 weeks (after receipt of payment) + delivery time. Yet, if it is going to take me longer to fulfil your order, I will inform you about it in a separate email.

E-mail 4 is a message that your order has been finished and sent.

COSTS AND TIME OF DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS

Priority parcels/registered letters are sent by Polish mail service or by a delivery company.

For orders (clothes only) worth 470 euros or more, shipment by Polish mail is FREE!

Orders delivered within Poland are also sent to you FREE if you choose Polish mail (delivery time 2-3 business days).

The prices of the Polish mail service for delivery to EU countries (delivery time: 4-7 business days):

• 350g - 500g = 7 euros

• 500g - 1000g = 10 euros

• 1kg - 2kg = 18 euros

The price of delivery service to EU countries is about 25 -30 euros (delivery time: 2-5 business days).

Prices for shipments delivered to countries outside the EU are different. They depend on the weight and delivery address; in this case, I set the price individually in mail 2, containing an order summary.

You can choose one of the two possible payment methods:

CLOTHES – ALTERATION, REPLACEMENT OR RETURN

I guarantee my products 100%!

If you are not sure which colour to choose, ask me for a set of samples of fabrics. I will send it to the address you indicate.

We will determine the type of the necessary correction (take in, shortening, adjustment) together. In the next step, your purchase may be exchanged for another model or, ultimately, the total return of the product is also possible. The clothes must be returned in perfect condition, with the tags. In this case, you will receive a refund (excluding shipment costs).

Please note that I do not accept returns of models made upon individual orders, i.e. those which I do not have in my regular trade offer.

SHOES – REPLACEMENT OR RETURN

The shoes you order are not covered by the guarantee of refund or exchange against another size/model. Please check your size carefully in the TABLE before buying.
